Grofers is an E portal that runs App based grocery delivery services. It promises delivery within 90 minutes. They have recently received huge funding and are expanding rapidly. They need CRM folks in large numbers in Gurgaon to begin with, and shall expand to other cities as well. The office in Gurgaon is close to 32nd milestone, off expressway.

Profile: The Customer Resource Manager shall work on both Inbound and Outbound processes. The person shall not be rule/process bound but will have to decide on real life situations. Laptop shall be provided by the company. S/he will take confirmation from clients for orders and coordinate with operations for delivery of the order within 90 minutes. The job involves 6 days working, with a rotational off and a 10 hour day shift. Presently there is no cab facility and employees buy their own refreshments from the cafeteria.

 Candidate: The candidate should be willing to stay at Gurgaon preferably. S/He can even be a fresher from a reputed college in the age group of 20 to 26. The candidate must have excellent command over spoken and written English.
