About the Global HR Shared Services
Our long-term vision is to establish the Global HR Shared Services Centre in India with a view to drive the consistency of HR processes and enhance customer experience by continue to innovate and raise the delivery standards. This team will use the internal HR technology platforms and act as a central hub to provide HR Administrative, Payroll, Global Mobility, Compensation and Benefits and HR System services across all business areas.
The Payroll Services Team sits within the Global HR Shared Services function and works in partnership with Compensation & Benefits, HR Service Delivery, HR Generalists and business groups and provides assistance in the area of Payroll and related activities. The function is also responsible for managing the payroll for the organisations international locations.
Purpose of your role
The individual will be responsible for assisting the HR Services Team for FIL India employees.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in Joining Formalities of new joiners
· Updating and maintaining employee records onWorkday
· Maintenance and audit of Employee Personal files
· Preparing and Issuance of HR letters
· Manage employment confirmation process
· Assist in compliance with statutory requirements
· Preparation of various HR Reports
· Assistin Exit Formalities &F&F process
· Manage the pre-employment & annual health check-ups
· Validation of vendor invoices related to medical insurance
· Employee HelpDesk

· Strong inter-personal and communication skills.
· Attention to detail and ensure data accuracy.
· Customer focussed and business oriented.
· Proactive, hands-on with a can-do approach.
· A positive, flexible and proactive approach.
Academic Qualifications & Experience
· Graduate Degree
· 1 - 2 years of relevant experience with sufficient exposure in HR related services.
Systems Skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Must)
