Brief Job Description:
1. Develop, implement, monitor and deliver training programs through multimedia visual aids and presentations.
2. Conduct orientation & Induction sessions for new joiner.
3. Create handouts and training materials.
4. Create testing, evaluation processes and provide performance feedback.
5. Provide continuous training to accommodate new product launches
6. Training Sales Team (Sales Promoters, TSM, ASM) – knowledge, skills and attitude improvement based training.
7. Frequent market/store visit for monitoring market problems & training needs identification.
