Eligibility Criteria
* Max. Age limit 33yrs (Should have born on or after 1983)
* Must have minimum 4 - 8 years experience (Operations/ Administration / Customer service / BPO, Counselling etc.) after graduation.(10+2+3)
* Must have minimum 50% throughout graduation. (Full time graduation)
* Must have good English communication skills
* Should be ready to travel & relocate for official purpose if required only.
Job Responsibilities:
o Conduction of online exams at centers as per procedures prescribed & ensure that they are strictly adhered to.
o IT Infrastructure Management.
o Expense Management.
o Vendor Management.
o Handling customer's queries / grievances & solving issues if any.
o Documentation and process implementation.
o Handling general admin/Housekeeping/Security.
o MIS for monthly expenses.
