1. AR Collections Process :
Work Location : Gurgaon
Shift Timing : US Shifts
Process Nature : B2B Collections. Making calls to the customers,emailing/faxing invoices or getting hard copies mailed out to the customers as per their requests.
Qualification Required : Any Graduate (BA,B.Com, BBA,) except technical grad.
Salary - 1.8LPA (Fresher) to 3.0 LPA (exp) + incentives
2. Semi Technical Process ( Troubleshooting of electronic appliances)
Education : Hiring any graduate with good communication skills.
Shifts : 90% day shift with 6 days and 10% night shift with 5 days working
Work Location : Cyber City, Gurgaon
Salary - 1.68LPA to 2.4 LPA + incentives
3. Domestic Voice Process :
Work Location : Gurgaon
Shift Timing : Day Shifts (9:00 am to 9:00 pm) Any 9 Hours
Process Nature : Handeling Customer Calls (Inbound)
Qualification Required : Any Non Technical Graduate with sales experience
Salary - 10,000 PM + incentives
