Responsibilities and required skills
• This is a frontline sales position in the consumer card sales team
• Responsible for acquiring new customers through consultative selling of our card products through a defined channel of acquisition
• Highest levels of controls and compliance to be adhered to and ensuring appropriate sales processes are followed
• This is an incentivized position
• Be the interface between Amex and the customer to resolve any application processing issues
• Drive the on-boarding of new customers and initiates spend enablement activities
• Good communication skills are must.
