Job Description
1. Selling online recruitment solutions to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements.
2. Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
3. Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing and cold calling.
4. Area Mapping, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials and closing of deals with necessary documentations.
5. Building and managing strong relationships with customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile Description: 1. PDGBM / MBA (Marketing) from reputed B-School (only 2014 and 2015 passouts)
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills
3. Good General Knowledge
UG Qualifications:
Any Graduate (Any Specialization)
PG Qualifications:
MBA / PGDM / MMS (Marketing)
*Note: Candidate should have both UG and PG qualifications
